We ordered clear polycarbonate guards for 100 CNC machines. Zoycen worked from our DXF drawing, fabricated and shipped the polycarbonate guards directly to our warehouse in Texas.
We needed 120 POM components with several holes, grooves, and tight-fitting features. We received a sample first and requested one dimensional adjustment. The production batch matched our design, and we fitted them without additional machining. We highly recommend them.
We sent CAD files for a series of PVC equipment panels with different hole patterns and cable openings. Zoycen separated the designs correctly and labeled the finished panels as we wanted. This made receiving and assembly much easier for our team.
